Custom Cake Orders

All custom cake orders require a minimum of 4 business days processing time before pickup or shipment.

For delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the cake on the scheduled delivery date.

Shipping & Delivery

For nationwide shipping, cake tiers will be shipped separately to ensure safe transport. Any fixings or decorations that cannot be safely shipped attached to the cake will be provided separately with assembly instructions.

All shipped cakes are packed with ice packs in insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transit.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Allergen Information

We work in a facility that is exposed to common allergens including but not limited to: wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and other allergens. While we practice top-tier safety and cleanliness protocols for our customers and our team, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.

Serving Estimates

Serving amounts displayed on our website are estimates only. The actual number of servings from any cake is variable and depends entirely on how the client chooses to cut the cake. We do our best to provide accurate serving estimates based on standard industry guidelines, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of servings.

Factors that may affect the actual number of servings include, but are not limited to: the size of slices cut, the shape of the cake, how the cake is portioned, and individual serving preferences. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between estimated and actual serving counts.

Payment & Refunds

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and process payments through Square.

Refunds are available for orders cancelled at least 3 business days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pricing & Errors

We strive to ensure all prices and quantities displayed on our website are accurate. However, in the event of any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or display issues (including but not limited to incorrect prices, quantities, or calculations), CB Charters reserves the right to honor the price as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. This means that if our website displays an incorrect price or quantity due to a technical error, we reserve the right to honor that displayed price, which protects both parties in the transaction.

We also reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices, even after payment has been processed. If we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will notify you and provide you with the option to either proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Changes & Modifications

Changes to orders must be requested at least 3 business days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications requested less than 3 business days in advance.

Limitation of Liability

CB Charters is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the consumption of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions. Customers assume all risks associated with consuming our products.
